This year’s dinner will be quite exciting and unique! The Monday night institute dinner will be at Gaucho’s Churrascaria (Brazillian Steakhouse) where the dinner itself is a rich activity. Dinner begins with an enormous salad bar full of fresh fruits, vegetables, Brazilian salads and other culinary surprises. Then side dishes of plantains, papa criolla (baby yellow potatoes), yucca, black beans, and rice are accompanied by a dozen grilled meats, fish or poultry sliced right onto your plate until you say, “Uncle,” or turn your card from the green side to the red side – at least until you get your second (or third or fourth) wind!

Vegetarians will be well-catered for.

Institute attendees will have the opportunity to nourish their stomachs and their souls over dinner with your new colleagues and Constructing Modern Knowledge faculty.

Additional tickets for friends and family may be purchased along with your institute registration.
