Main Institute pricing and registration

Registration includes four days of the Institute, the institute dinner, bus ride to/from Boston, and a social event at Berklee College of Music. Other meals and hotel costs are not included.

Registration can be made with credit card or check using our registration site powered by 123SignUp. Credit card is preferred. Checks and POs are accepted – for POs, please use the check option, make a note on the registration form, and send the PO to Sylvia Martinez. Your help in getting the PO through your system is appreciated!

If you need anything out of the ordinary for your school to complete the payment process, just let us know. We will do everything in our power to make it work!

An email confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email address you use to register. Additional information will also be sent to this email address so please use an address you check regularly.

Cancellation fees apply. Since space is limited, there is a non-refundable deposit of $250 for cancellations prior to June 1st and a $550 charge for cancellations after June 1st.

International guests

If you need wire transfer information or an invitation letter for a visa, please email Sylvia Martinez with the request.

Additional guests for social events

During registration, guests can be added to the institute dinner and the Big Night Out.

Registration for optional pre-institute workshop

During registration, you can choose to add one of the pre-institute workshops to your registration. Please choose one only, they run concurrently.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown Hotel (formerly the Manchester Radisson), 700 Elm St. Manchester, New Hampshire USA.

  • 10 minutes from Manchester/Boston International Airport with free shuttle

Hotel name change

The hotel venue is undergoing a name change from the Radisson Manchester Hotel to the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown Hotel. If you are returning to CMK, this is the same hotel as previous years.

Parking

Parking is available on-site at the hotel for a fee.

Discounted rooms are available (Limited quantity)

Discounted room registration is available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown Hotel while supplies last. Please specify that you are with Constructing Modern Knowledge at time of booking. More information here for other options.

Air travel

Manchester/Boston International Airport is serviced by Southwest, US Air, Air Canada, Delta and United Airlines. Free shuttle transportation is available 24/7 to and from the Manchester Downtown Hotel.

Boston Logan International Airport is approximately an hour’s drive from Manchester, NH. Busses and shuttles are available for a fee.
